I love the body and its functions. Body mechanics, form, and control are things I focus on heavily in my classes. The mind to muscle connection and getting the best out each movement. I love nutrition and teaching others how to properly fuel their bodies to actually work for them. And, I’m also a huge proponent of mobility work; training movement and motor control.

With BFA in architectural design and spent 10 years in NorCal, working in design firms and ignoring my body while delving in. Workaholic. Ultimately moving back to Orange County to start my own design firm saved my life. Engaged and ready for a change, I found my home in the gym. I joined a challenge in preparation of my wedding and everything took off from there. I went for it, gave my all, transformed (physically and mentally), and it rippled into my family and my friends lives. It...meaning Fitness. I fell in love. I wanted to know everything and I learned everything. Career switch at 34 and now in my 40's...more fit and healthy than I’ve ever been.

I simply fell in love with fitness! I found a community and it changed my life. And I have a passion...a fire...and the knowledge to give back to someone what it’s like to feel your very best. I want to be an inspiration and a motivator to keep going. Fitness is not just about exercise; it’s a mindfulness, and a lifestyle of health and wellness.
